Charlie Salmon

"Alive and vibrant" is how our pastor describes his relationship with Jesus. Charlie strives for adventure, engaging in activities that challenge the body and ideas that challenge the soul. Sharing God's heart with other people is a pinnacle experience that never gets old for Charlie. He can occasionally be found in a wood-shop building furniture. Charlie and his wife, Sandy, have three children Stephen, Hannah and Caleb.

Sandy Salmon

"The most important relationship in my life" is how Sandy describes her connection to Jesus. Sandy leads Community Groups and Celebrate Recovery programs. For Sandy the Bible is a source for insights about life, and coffee is about sharing life with friends and neighbors. In her free time she enjoys: running, reading, skiing, or hanging out with the family.

Mark Carlson

"My CEO and best friend" is how Mark describes his relationship with Jesus.  Mark is the Senior Associate Pastor and gives leadership and oversight to the Creative Arts, Take Two (elementary age students), Space 8036 (Youth), Communication, and Production areas of COTR.  His greatest enjoyment in life are his wife and two daughters and coming in a close second is his love of hunting ... anything!

Kevin Giacomoni

"Crazy..." is how Kevin describes his relationship with Jesus, "...seriously, the Savior of the world wants to know me... and loves me!?!" Kevin's role is to reflect the love of Christ to our elementary students. Kevin enjoys watching God at work in the lives of our students is one of life's big rewards. When not working, Kevin can be found snowboarding, shooting hoops, or riding his wife's Vespa. Kevin and Jill have two puppies.

Tammy Blalock

"Always growing..." is how Tammy describes her relationship with Jesus, "... I'm forever being shown how awesome He is." Trained in forensic science, Tammy puts her analytical skills to use on the church database and assisting with Community Groups. Tammy loves spending time with her family. The Blalock's enjoy outdoor activities as an opportunity to admire God's creation.

David Hathaway

“An apprentice learning from the master craftsman” is how David characterizes his relationship with Jesus. David is the executive team leader responsible for church business operations and strategic planning. David enjoys good coffee, family breakfasts, woodworking and loud music. He loves spending time with his wife Kim and their three children.

Angela Craig

“In my weakness, He is strong” is how Angela describes her connection to Jesus. Angela leads SHE CONNECTS with God, Others, & the World. For Angela, there is nothing better than to see women connect with Jesus, build authentic relationships with others, and feel their hearts expand as they learn to use their gifts & talents to change the world around them. In her free time you will find Angela and her husband, Mark on the sidelines of a sporting event cheering on their two boys. Angela also loves to travel & entertain.
