Youth Pastor
Purpose
To equip and empower leadership teams to lead and develop volunteers to show the love of Jesus and help students become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Scope
Youth Leadership Team, Youth Volunteers, 6-12th grade students and their parents. Reports to: Student Ministry Director. Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and retain volunteers for Youth Ministry
- Create and execute ministry plan for reaching middle and high school students in the community.
- Write and practice messages for week and weekend programming.
- Plan and execute yearly events for Youth Ministry Students.
- Track mid-week and weekend attendance.
- Oversee the leadership journey for leaders by moving them to become fully devoted followers of Christ and formal members.
- Foster easy and fast communication through social media and emails to update parents on what is happening in Youth Ministries.

KOTR Club Team Member
The Kids on the Ridge Club is looking for enthusiastic team members. Candidates must be dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe, Christ-centered environment and be ready to perform routine work in the facilitation, administration and monitoring of a variety of programs and activities for school aged children enrolled in Recreation Programs.

Weekday Preschool Assistant Teacher
If you have a love for younger children (ages 2 ½ to 5 years old); our Weekday Preschool is looking for Substitute and Teachers Aids. Available on short notice to come in and assist in a preschool class during the hours of 9:15 AM to 2 PM Monday – Thursday.
